After taking a Master's degree in English language and culture, part of which I did in Ireland, I studied Dutch at the Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale as part of the Master's degree Langues et Technologies. In order to further my command of Dutch, I did a placement at a translation agency in Maastricht in The Netherlands, where I was subsequently offered a permanent job. I worked there as a staff translator for four years before returning to France to establish myself as a freelance English-Dutch/French translator.
